How do we protect your Personal Data?
When we disclose your Personal Data to third parties with your consent, we will make our best efforts to ensure they protect your information adequately.
Access to Personal Data: You control access to your Personal Data via our web-based interface for account management. You can update your information or cancel your account at any time and request that your Personal Data be deleted from our databases, with certain exceptions (network access logs, cases of fraudulent or illegal activity, violations of Terms of Service). Upon request, we will grant you reasonable access to your Personal Data and take reasonable steps to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawfully processed information. Unless required by law, we will not permit you to access the Personal Data of any other Data Subject.
Sensitive Information: We will not intentionally collect or maintain, and request that you do not provide, any sensitive information regarding your medical or health condition, race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, etc. If you host any sensitive information subject to specific laws or regulations, compliance remains solely your responsibility. We are not responsible for any sensitive information you store on our systems.
Children's Online Privacy Protection: Our services are not intended for children under thirteen (13), and we will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under thirteen (13).
Governing Law: This Policy is governed under the laws of Singapore.
Dispute Resolution: Please direct any complaints about this Policy by submitting a request via our Support Center. We will attempt to resolve complaints in a reasonably timely manner and in accordance with this Policy.
Changes: We may amend this Policy at any time, and you should check back frequently for changes. Amendments are at our sole discretion and become effective within fourteen (14) days of being posted or by your continued use of the Services, whichever is later.
How long do we retain your Personal Data?
In accordance with PDPA, we retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, for legitimate business or legal reasons, or as required or permitted by law. This means we will stop retaining your data when it's no longer needed for these purposes.
How can you opt out of this?
You can withdraw your consent for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your Personal Data, including consent to receive marketing communications, by contacting us at support@journeywithus.co. Your request will be processed within 30 days. While withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide you with subscribed products or services,, it does not affect our right to process your data where permitted or required by law.
Withdrawing consent for marketing communications can also be done via the unsubscribe options in marketing emails. Even after withdrawing consent for marketing, you may still receive non-marketing communications related to the products and services that you hold with us.
